RootED Expand provides leaves of knowledge that your child will carry through into adulthood.

In this 3-hour, drop-off program, your child gets the opportunity to learn their core subjects in a unique and exciting way. Class is held every Tuesday and Thursday.

Math, science, social studies and English language arts are taught outdoors in a garden setting by our pod instructors.

Miss Shay, RootED’s co-owner, is a credentialed teacher with her Master’s Degree in education and a minor in curriculum writing. She has poured countless hours into finding curricula that align with our desires to keep learning playful, hands-on and adaptable to any setting.

RootED Expand is currently enrolling TK through 6th grade. Grade level pods are limited to 10 students per pod to keep instructor-to-student ratio low and attention levels high!

Through our Expand program, we are able to offload some of the time and energy it takes committing to a homeschool lifestyle. Our dedicated pod instructors will take all the teaching off of your hands Tuesdays and Thursdays.

RootED will provide all curricula (with the exception of math) for you to use at home for the remainder of the school week.

While this is a drop off program, we are open to 2 parent volunteers of children enrolled in the program remaining on campus. This helps the instructors be able to focus on the students, aids in strengthening the community and leans into the idea of it taking a true village to raise children.

By enrolling in Expand, your child will have access to special “in the field” days, field trips, community building days and MORE!
